Every PawSerene order is backed for 30 days from delivery.

• Calming Diffuser and Calm Nail Board: if it isn’t right for your dog, email us for a full refund, even if it’s been opened and used. No need to send it back.
• Calming Nest and Calming Blanket: contact us within 30 days and we’ll refund you in full once the item is returned.
• Damaged or wrong item: send a photo within 14 days for a free replacement or refund.
