Every PawSerene Calming Nest™ ships with free standard shipping — no minimum order required.
- Order processing / handling: 1–3 business days
- Delivery (transit): typically 7–15 business days, depending on your location
- Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships
Our Calming Nests are made and shipped through our trusted production partner. That means delivery can take a little longer than a local warehouse — but it lets us keep the quality high and the price fair, and we'll keep you updated with tracking the whole way.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and are not guaranteed, as transit times can vary with customs and carrier conditions. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email support@pawsereneco.com and we'll track it down for you.
